Every Net Zero home begins long before construction starts.
We work with clients early to help establish the project, evaluate feasibility, understand the site, and develop an initial budget direction. If an architect, designer, or engineering team is not already in place, we help connect the client with professionals suited to the project.
From there, Net Zero stays closely involved with the full design and engineering team. We provide construction, structural, budget, and coastal-building input as the plans develop, then continue coordinating with that team through construction.
